About the Organization

We are a women-led artisan producer company working to empower rural and semi-urban women artisans by enhancing livelihoods, preserving traditional crafts, and enabling market access through sustainable business practices.

Purpose of Volunteering

Volunteers will support women artisans by contributing skills, time, and knowledge to strengthen production, marketing, capacity building, and organizational development.

Areas of Volunteering

Volunteers may support one or more of the following areas:

  • Skill Development & Training

    • Design development and product innovation

    • Quality control and production planning

    • Craft documentation and process improvement

  • Marketing & Sales

    • Branding and storytelling

    • Social media management and content creation

    • E-commerce and online marketplace support

    • Market research and customer outreach

  • Business & Operations

    • Accounting and basic bookkeeping support

    • Supply chain and inventory management

    • Data collection, reporting, and MIS support

  • Community Engagement

    • Facilitating workshops and meetings

    • Supporting SHG/FPO capacity building

    • Gender, leadership, and financial literacy awareness

Volunteer Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • Interest in women empowerment, livelihoods, and handicrafts

  • Relevant skills or willingness to learn

  • Ability to work respectfully with rural women communities

  • Commitment of at least X hours per week/month for X duration

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Background in design, management, social work, marketing, or development studies

  • Experience working with SHGs, FPOs, NGOs, or artisan groups

  • Proficiency in local language(s) is an added advantage
